SPRATS MOJU


Ingredients

1 lb sprats(washed and drained)
1 large onion sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
cooking oil for deep frying
1/2 lb green chillies
salt to taste
1 dessertspoon mustard seeds


Method

* Heat oil and deep fry the sprats well.
* Slice chillies into two and fry a few minutes.
* Grind mustard finely with vinegar. Add sprats and the rest of the ingredients and mix well and enjoy with rice and curry.
